Join us for a heart-centered summer gathering designed to support parents and children with nervous system regulation, emotional balance, and deeper family connection. Through guided meditation, mindful breathing, EFT (tapping), and uplifting song, we’ll explore playful and practical tools for building a positive mindset and inner calm—together.
Facilitated by: Led by Esu, artist name Share The Light—a local Costa Mesa artist and healer known for her intuitive soul songs, energy work, and conscious music that opens the heart and uplifts the spirit.
